Service Management

CMDBuild READY2USE includes the management of the Service Catalog in which IT services can be defined, made available to users, with request and support methods, availability, SLAs and KPIs, technical and business referents.

The dependencies between services and between services and CI (configuration item) allow for the analysis of impacts in the face of faults.

Each service is associated with one or more types of requests that are initiated by the self-service portal and are then managed through the Request Fulfillment workflow.
